Mia Harper

— the home cook behind Cycle Recipes —

I’ve always believed that food should feel good. Not just taste good, but really fit into your life, your rhythm, and your energy.
That’s what Cycle Recipes is all about: quick, balanced meals made with seasonal ingredients and everyday joy. I wasn’t always confident in the kitchen. Like many people, I used to stress about dinner running out of time, lacking inspiration, or wasting ingredients. So I started making small changes. I simplified, I used what I had, and I began to truly enjoy the process.

About Me 2 2

Mia, food blogger at Cycle Recipes, sitting on a balcony with her orange cat and a cup of coffee

Now, I live just outside Austin, Texas, in a cozy apartment filled with plants, cookbooks, and the smell of roasted garlic and fresh herbs. I spend my days testing easy recipes, shopping at the farmers market, listening to jazz while I cook, and occasionally chasing my cat away from the counter.
Cycle Recipes is my way of sharing everything I’ve learned not perfect meals, but real ones. Recipes that help you save time, eat well, and reconnect with the pleasure of cooking, even on your busiest days.
Thanks for being here and I hope you’ll find something delicious, simple, and seasonal to cook today.
